DORIS AND MY MOASIC MEAKIN ANGEL

We grow pinks on our allotment for cut flowers. The best one for lasting longest and the most buds is definitely 'Doris' followed closely by 'Gran's favourite'.
One of my favourite pottery is the Hedgerow by Alfred Meakin. So when one breaks I'm not sad anymore - I
just save them up to make my Meakin Angels, keeping one for me and selling the rest, if there is an interest in them. I have only just entered the exciting world of mosaic.
My Mr Meakin coffee pot who may well be an Angel one day.

Bunching up the first of the pinks. I love this job.

If you don't have a garden make one on a saucer.
