Printing Knitting Bags

A busy day in the shop, lino printing my travel knitting bags. They are £7 on my folksy site made from 100% cotton. I.have new colours too. I use mine when taking small projects to work on when in a coffee shop, which doesn't happen enough. happy knitting/hooking were ever you take yours. Quick trip

 Pearl took a quick trip to Social Fabric in Totnes .Its as cool as its name.Pearl and I brought lots of lovely wool.

Apron Dresses

 I have been making these for weeks and finally got them all photographed for selling on folksy /etsy and in the shop. It always takes me longer to list things than it does to make them so hopefully they will be on for next week. I did get a few funny looks pulling a trolley and holding a dummy   I was up very early and caught the morning sun. Some times you feel you are getting nowhere than you get some energy and projects which have been stuck get done and all before breakfast.

Celebrating Pearl Mogg

 Pearl has been getting very jealous as Clover Clogg now has the main picture so to cheer her up thought we might look back on her year and give her the limelight again.

Keep Knitting

We will be running a one off beginners knitting class to get you started at Maisie Daisy craft shop mill street Sidmouth east Devon EX108DF on Wednesday January 29th 10.30-12.30 please book limited places. £ 14 each. and I will try and bake a cake. Better still my friend will make the cake as I did catch her putting my cake in the bin. In her defence it did taste horrid.

Tucked up warm in a tin bed

 It is the place to be on a stormy January. Tucked up warm in my tin beds. I make them with lavender in the pillows and a little wooden dish in each and at least three covers . We can all feel a little like hiding in a warm tin this time of year so snuggle down and go with it. 

 when I can bring my self to part with them. They will go on my folksy site. They are very handy to pull out of your bag when you are traveling with wriggly little girls.
