Mosaic Angels have flown to folksy

If you can not make a mosaic angel workshop and would like one they are only £14.00 as I feel I'm not an expert yet in this clever craft.
I have come out of my textile comfort zone making these with inspiration from a very special mosaic artist.

September brings my new workshops.

 It's that time of year again, the autumn term, I always want to learn something new or start a fresh project. I will be running my workshops again, starting with the mosaic angels. But we will be making hats, apron dresses, woolly medals and much more. Mostly on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings and an odd one on a Sunday. There are places on most of the workshops. They will be in Sidmouth, East Devon in my workspace or at home, depending on numbers. We always have tea in best china and homemade cakes. 10-12pm.Prices average £24 a morning Watch the blog for dates or email for more info.

Mulberry trees and bloggers meeting up

 I finally confessed where I had seen a mulberry tree to my friend who happens to be a rather splendid person from  'Sidmouth Poppy' blog. I would put a link here if I knew how. Anyway on our trip we thought how about a few bloggers meeting up in East Devon. Anyone close enough to come . We have the place and  tea and homemade cake. Should it be in the  summer holidays or October I'm not allowed to say the 'A' word yet, but it is my favourite season and will give us more time to plan .

Our own Hedgehog exhibition

 

Exhibition may be bigging it up a bit, but heyho. We make our hedgehogs from clay and conker shells. We invented them this summer and thought they needed their own shelf to show them off.
